24-hour notice required. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the session rate to protect your caregiver's time.
Sessions on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.) are billed at time-and-a-half.
A small travel fee of $0.67/mile applies for families located more than 10 miles from Arvada.
Rates may be reviewed annually. All existing families receive 30 days' written notice before any changes take effect.
